E-VAI is the first region-wide eco-friendly car sharing scheme. It is available also at Milan Linate Airport with 4 vehicle places and 2 columns with 4 top-up payment stations.
You can find E-VAI in over 30 locations in Lombardy, with over 80 stations including the Milano Linate, Milano Malpensa and Orio al Serio airports and the Rho Fiera point, situated close to the entrance to the area of Expo 2015.
E-VAI has a pool of over 100 vehicles, the majority of which are powered by cutting-edge electrical technology, guaranteeing high performance and an easy user experience. The scheme represents an alternative, eco-friendly transport system, because the majority of its cars are electric and it is designed to complement the use of trains. It is also highly convenient, with hourly fares notably lower than its main competitors.
For users arriving at or wanting to get to stations or airports, or people looking for a convenient way of getting round the towns and cities of Lombardy, the scheme constitutes a practical, quick and inexpensive mode of transport.
The booking process is carried out exclusively online, with no badges issued, and a simple text message unlocks the cars.
The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
