Milan Malpensa, 23 july 2019
The ribbon for the inauguration of Milano Prime, the new Business & General Aviation Terminal of Malpensa international airport managed by SEA Prime, was cut yesterday.
The new Terminal, open 24/7, covers an area of 1,400 square meters. It is located in a dedicated area of Malpensa airport, between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, and includes a 50,000 square meter yard and a 5,000 square meter hangar for the admission of last generation executive jets.
Thus, SEA Prime, a company of the SEA Group, completes the offer for Business & General Aviation passengers and operators that reach or transit through Milan and Lombardy, an increasingly attractive destination with a strong international vocation.
The project, conceived and realized keeping in mind the needs of the customers and the market demand, was signed by the international architecture firm OneWorks and by the building company De Vincenzo.
As in Linate, all passengers of Milano Prime at Malpensa will be able to enjoy ultra-luxury dedicated services, such as conference centers, limousine service, and concierge, designed to offer guests total relaxation and maximum comfort before their flight departs.
The opening of Milan Prime at Malpensa deliberately precedes the closure of the Linate airport by a few days, scheduled from 27th July to 26th October, for the reconstruction of the runway and the commercial aviation terminal, allowing it to accommodate in the new Malpensa Terminal the traffic of B&GA during the important fashion and sports events scheduled for the autumn.
