AIRPORT FAMILIARISATION TOUR

In order to create the conditions for a peaceful and comfortable journey through Malpensa airport, you can book a familiarisation tour of the airport from which you are leaving for the person in need of special assistance and a maximum of two companions.

To book the visit you will need the travel ticket of the person in need of assistance and to fill in the request form below at least 7 days before the flight. One of our operators will contact You to confirm the date proposed in the form or to agree on another date (if for operational needs related to airport traffic, the service is not available on that date).

NB. To proceed with your request you will need to deliver a copy of the Identity Documents of the participants and the acceptance of the privacy policy linked below to confirm your explicit consent to the processing of personal data. One of our operators will get in touch with you to confirm your visit and collect the necessary documentation.
