Lost Baggage

In the case of loss and/or damage to your baggage, please contact the Lost & Found office of the airline in question in the customs area of the baggage claim area. You will be given a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) form that contains the phone number to contact to follow your case. If after 5 days your baggage has not been found, you will need to contact the airline directly.
