In case of force majeure events (snow, volcanic cloud or other non predictable events) SEA has prepared a series of interventions, additional to those offered by carriers and handling companies, to assist passengers during their stay at the airport.
A SEA volunteer group, deployed at Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa airports, will be present at the airport at the disposal of passengers. In the terminals, service points called "Airport Help" will be made available where volunteers, in addition to providing updated flight information, will be able to offer passengers meal vouchers, baby kits and children's games. In case of need, dedicated sleeping areas will be made available to spend the night at the airport.
A new service in addition to those already offered by our company to be closer to the needs of our customers, especially during moments of operational difficulties.
